When can I schedule an appointment?

Please call our main number 212 879-6630 and we will help you schedule an appointment. Our office is open from 9 am to 6 pm Monday – Friday. Dr. Gwen S. Korovin is also available outside of normal office hours by special arrangement.

 Which insurance plans do you participate in?

Dr. Korovin does not directly participate in any insurance plans. However, our office staff is glad to assist you with any insurance questions you may have.

If you have out of network benefits, we can assist you in billing your insurance company. Please contact our office manager at 212 879-6630 for full details. You may also contact your insurance company to ask if they will provide a “network exception” to cover your care. With this type of authorization, you may be able to see Dr. Korovin and pay only your in-network co-payment.

If you don’t have out of network benefits or an exception from your insurance company, please contact our office manager for details about direct payment.

We do treat Medicare patients.
