Dr. Korovin’s Philososphy

Over my entire career, I have loved giving my patients a personal, one on one style of medical care. When you are welcomed to my upper east side office, you won’t find yourself sitting for an hour in a waiting room crammed with other patients. I meet and treat all my patients directly, and give them the full time and attention they need.

Although I’ve enjoyed meeting and providing voice care for many of the world’s best known singers, actors and political figures, I enjoy working with and helping older patients, children, teachers, attorneys and others who need ENT care. I provide the same attention and care to young singers who may be in their school plays and those with basic hearing and throat problems as I do to the celebrities I’ve been fortunate to work with.

Single-physician private offices have become rare as more and more doctors join large-scale hospital practices. I have no intention, however, of abandoning the classic approach of getting to know my patients and their conditions in-depth, and spending time to explain their options in an unhurried, complete way.
